CLIMBS Departments Conduct Midyear Assessments for the Second Half of 2026

WEBSITE POSTING (4)
CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative conducted a series of departmental midyear assessments in July 2026 as part of its continuing efforts to review progress and prepare for the remaining months of the year.

The Marketing Midyear Assessment was held on July 24 at CLIFSA, followed by the Sales Midyear Assessment on July 28 at Ultra Winds in Cagayan de Oro City. The Operations Midyear Assessment took place from July 28 to 29 at Rancho Claveria Sports Bar, while the Admin and Corporate Planning Midyear Assessment was held on July 30 at Apostrophe Café in Cagayan de Oro City.

Employees from the respective departments participated in the sessions, which were facilitated by the Group Senior Vice Presidents overseeing each department. The activities provided an opportunity for the teams to review their work during the first half of the year, discuss departmental priorities, and align their efforts with the overall direction of the cooperative.

The midyear assessments also served as a venue for employees and department leaders to exchange insights, identify areas that may require further attention, and discuss ways to strengthen coordination and performance. Through these discussions, each department was able to revisit its responsibilities and consider the actions needed to support CLIMBS’ goals for the second half of 2026.

Beyond reviewing departmental activities, the sessions emphasized the importance of employee participation in the continued growth of the cooperative. Every role contributes to the delivery of services and initiatives that support cooperative partners, member-owners, and communities.

The assessments reflected CLIMBS’ continuing focus on teamwork, accountability, employee development, and coordinated action. By bringing departments together to review their progress and priorities, the cooperative aims to maintain clear direction and strengthen collaboration across its operations.

As CLIMBS moves forward into the second half of the year, it remains guided by its mission to provide responsive and relevant services to cooperative member-owners. Through the collective efforts of its employees and leaders, the cooperative continues to contribute to a stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable cooperative movement.
