CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative participated in the Certificate Course on Executive Development Program for Rural Bank Decision Makers (Batch 4), held from July 20 to 25, 2026, at the De La Salle University School of Lifelong Learning in Manila.
Representing the organization were CLIMBS President and CEO Noel D. Raboy and members of the CLIMBS Group’s senior leadership. Their participation reflects the cooperative’s continuing commitment to lifelong learning, strategic leadership, and organizational growth.
The program provided an opportunity for decision-makers to strengthen their leadership competencies, broaden their strategic perspectives, and deepen their understanding of the evolving financial and business environment. It also offered valuable insights that can support better decision-making, stronger governance, and more responsive organizational strategies.
As cooperatives and financial institutions navigate changing member expectations, emerging technologies, and increasingly complex risks, capable and forward-thinking leadership becomes even more essential. CLIMBS recognizes that investing in its leaders is also an investment in the people, cooperatives, and communities it serves.
Through learning engagements such as this, CLIMBS continues to build the knowledge and capabilities needed to improve its services, strengthen partnerships, and pursue sustainable growth.
When leaders continue to learn, organizations become better prepared to serve, adapt, and create a lasting impact.
