Since the month of October is here, we continue to ignite the spirit of unity and action for National Cooperative Month 2025! Under the resonant theme, “Cooperatives United in Purpose and Action, Sharing Prosperity to Build a Better World,” Region X (Northern Mindanao) has burst into celebration. The festivities officially kicked off with a massive Opening Salvo on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Capitol, wherein CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative proudly demonstrated its commitment to solidarity alongside over two hundred participating cooperatives.
Leading the charge at the Opening Salvo was CLIMBS President and CEO, Noel D. Raboy, whose presence, alongside our dedicated employees, set a dynamic tone for the month. The excitement continues as CLIMBS prepares to hit the courts in the thrilling CEO Cup, fostering camaraderie and embodying the Cooperative Principle #6 of Cooperation among Cooperatives. But the momentum didn’t stop there. CLIMBS took part in the environmental advocacy of the “Walk for a Cause” on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Rio Boulevard, Cagayan de Oro City. This vital initiative serves as a powerful environmental advocacy and is a direct extension of CLIMBS core mission. The organization views these efforts as a firm commitment to climate action, strategically designed to empower our workforce and establish CLIMBS as an active voice in environmental conservation.
