There comes a special time in our lives when the workplace becomes our second home—where workmates grow into an extended family, the cafeterias turn into our shared sanctuary, and lunchtime becomes a joyful pause we all look forward to. Wrapped in the warmth, gratitude, and celebration of the Christmas season, over 300 CLIMBS employees from across the nation gathered to celebrate the company’s Annual Thanksgiving and Team Building Activity at the CLIMBS Headquarters in Cagayan de Oro City.
This meaningful occasion is the one time of the year when all employees come together as one—traveling from branch and satellite offices all over the Philippines. Despite the distance that separates us throughout the year, this gathering bridges every gap, uniting us through the shared cooperative values, dedication, and Christmas cheer that define the CLIMBS family. It is a celebration not only of milestones and achievements, but also of the people whose commitment and teamwork made them possible.

Held at the Marco Hotel, the event was filled with energy, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Employees actively took part in a series of team-building activities designed to strengthen collaboration, boost healthy competition, and foster camaraderie among colleagues. These activities encouraged everyone to step out of their usual roles, connect with one another, and work together toward common goals—reinforcing trust, communication, and unity.
Beyond the games and activities, the gathering also provided a meaningful opportunity for reflection. As the year draws to a close, the team came together to look back on challenges overcome, lessons learned, and successes shared. It was a time to respond with gratitude, reaffirm our commitment to the organization’s mission, and rekindle the spirit of teamwork as we prepare for the year ahead.
Indeed, the CLIMBS Annual Thanksgiving and Team Building Activity served as a joyful reminder that beyond the workplace, CLIMBS is a family—bound together by cooperation, purpose, and the enduring spirit of Christmas.
