CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative reaffirmed its commitment to the 6th Cooperative Principle: Cooperation Among Cooperatives during the 2nd CoopAssurance Center (CAC) Assessment 2025 held at the Gardens of Malasag Eco-Tourism Village in Cagayan de Oro City. Last October 21,2025 the two-day event brought together CLIMBS President and CEO Mr. Noel Raboy, CLIFSA CEO Mr. Henry Lopez, the CLIMBS Sales Team, and key CAC representatives from Northern Mindanao to strengthen collaboration, evaluate progress, and develop unified strategies that advance the organization’s mission of financial resilience and shared success.
The assessment served as a collaborative platform designed to bridge operational gaps and strengthen partnerships among CoopAssurance Centers. Through open and constructive dialogue, CAC representatives identified challenges, exchanged best practices, and aligned their efforts with CLIMBS’ core value of stewardship. The sessions emphasized collective problem-solving and the importance of coordination between field operations and executive strategy, reinforcing the essence of the 6th Cooperative Principle in action.
The activity concluded with a renewed commitment to CLIMBS’ shared vision of empowering resilient communities. By aligning local initiatives with the institutional values of integrity and service, the Northern Mindanao CACs established actionable strategies to enhance operational excellence and deepen their service impact.
