We’re here to support our cooperative members! As of February 20, 2026, Tropical Storm Penha (“Basyang”) has triggered the Weather Protect Insurance in 14 municipalities.
Yellow Trigger has been activated, ensuring a 10% payout for affected areas.
This trigger occurred after recorded rainfall in these municipalities exceeded the threshold precipitation levels set for Weather Protect Insurance coverage.
Municipalities under Yellow Trigger include:
Bukidnon: Damulog, Dangcagan, Kibawe, Kitaotao, Manolo Fortich
Compostela Valley: Compostela, Laak, Monkayo, Montevista
Davao Del Norte: Asuncion, Kapalong, New Corella, San Isidro, Talaingod
Davao Oriental: Cateel
