The AFCIA – WFP Innovation Accelerator Sprint Project supports communities and cooperatives through project activities related to climate resilience, local participation, and community-based support. The project includes coordination with beneficiaries, cooperatives, barangays, and project partners to ensure that activities are implemented properly and concerns from community members are heard and addressed.
This grievance form is part of the project’s feedback and accountability process. It allows individuals to submit concerns, complaints, questions, or requests for clarification related to the project.
