About CoopAssurance Center

CLIMBS CoopAssurance Center (CAC) is a distribution channels established by the CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative. These centers partner with cooperatives and microfinance institutions (MFIs) to provide easy access to CLIMBS’ microinsurance products and services for cooperative members and MFI members. The CAC system facilitates the delivery of insurance products such as life, health, property, and other insurance plans directly to cooperative communities, strengthening CLIMBS’ position as a microinsurance provider at the grassroots level.

Through the Coop Assurance Centers, cooperative members have a convenient and reliable way to access insurance protection tailored to their needs, supporting CLIMBS’ advocacy of providing insurance for the marginalized and underserved sectors in the Philippines.

Beyond training, CLIMBS intensified efforts in sharing operational best practices and innovative marketing strategies among CACs. By promoting strategic community engagement, digital visibility, and customized financial solutions, our centers have strengthened their outreach and improved overall client servicing performance. These collective efforts have significantly contributed to the cooperative’s sustainability, operational excellence, and expanding footprint.

CLIMBS strategic direction centers on digital transformation, operational streamlining, and network expansion. CLIMBS aim to further leverage digital platforms to improve accessibility, accelerate transactions, and enhance member engagement. Strengthening partnerships and introducing adaptive service models will remain key priorities as we respond to emerging market needs and opportunities.
