Qualifications

1. Open to the following courses:
   • Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics/Statistics
   • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
   • Bachelor of Science in Data Science
   • Bachelor of Science in Cooperative Management
   • Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science
   • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science
   • Other related courses
2. Must obtain a Grade Point Average of not lower than 1.75 and no grade lower than 2.5 in any subject.
3. One or both parents must be full-pledged member/s of any CLIMBS’ member-owner cooperatives.
4. Strong academic performance and a commitment to excellence.
5. Active involvement in co-curricular activities or community service (a plus).

Requirements

• Official Grade for the semester
• Endorsement from the Dean of College
• Personal Statement outlining educational goals, career aspirations, and contributions to the community (500 words maximum)
