CLIMBS nuturing its management and maximizing people’s development and potential, sent Bernadeth Bernadas, OIC-VP Compliance and Nancy Ortega, AVP Life Division to National University of Singapore for the Leadership Development Programme and Executive Leadership Coaching last May 8-12,2023.

The Programme was designed for leaders and senior managers to strengthen their leadership skill and optimize their capacity to lead. Through this program, they have acquired frameworks and tools for effective leadership that will help them inspire teams and foster commitment to change.

In addition, this aided them in growing as leaders, learning new negotiation techniques, increasing their level of influence at work, and committing to higher performance standards and strategic objectives.
