Organizational success is driven mainly by its people and CLIMBS recognizes the important role of middle managers in accomplishing its goal of “Insuring 20 Million lives by 2024” and beyond. Informal meetings like the “Kamustahan” (Keeping up, staying connected) with the President and CEO and the Top Management Team is an important activity for team cohesion, communication and collaboration.
The activity was held successfully at Casa de Canitoan on August 12, 2022 and we are looking forward to more similar activities that foster deeper and genuine connections.
