December 14, 2023Turning the tide on climate change, CLIMBS CEO and President, Noel D. Raboy, continues to aid the cause by participating in the “International Leaders Conference for Green Transition and Induction Ceremony” at the Manila Hotel, Metro Manila, last November 8, 2023. The event was initiated by the Climate Change Commission with Commissioner Albert Dela Cruz, Sr. Considering that climate change is one of the ongoing issues affecting all nations for many generations, different countries, organizations, and divisions have united forces to tackle and address the pressing issues at hand. In his topic, “Climate Risk Transfer Mechanism” highlighting the weather protect insurance, he discusses climate action points that play an important role in shaping international climate policies, fostering collaboration, raising awareness, and facilitating global climate change efforts.
In line with building strong partnerships and strengthening the core values of the cooperative identity, CLIMBS with its top management, CEO and President, Sir Noel D. Raboy, VP for Admin & Corp Planning, Ms. Donna Dizon, VP for Marketing, Ms. Rowena Abella, VP for Sales, Sir Renan Diaz, and VP for Operations, Ms. Blesilda Cumba, attends the ongoing 16th International Cooperative Alliance in Asia-Pacific (ICA-AP) Assembly which is hosted by the Philippines Cooperatives Affiliate (PCA) last November 7-9, 2023 which was held in Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Ave., Quezon City, Philippines. With the theme, “Cooperatives: Our Common Agenda” where the 11th cooperative forum takes place, participants and booth exhibitors are able to discuss major opportunities and challenges in the midst of diversity which will contribute to achieving action points that can aid in the growth and advancement between cooperatives, its representatives, managers, and employees.
