COOP CLIMATE SUMMIT 2023: CLIMBS’ breaks barriers on the pursuit of climate justice

JUST IN: CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative invites all qualified and experienced contractors of a 6-storey basement building located at Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, adjacent to our Head Office Building. All bids must be made between October 26, 2023, 8:00 AM until November 22, 2023, 5:00 PM.
Otherwise, bids that would exceed beyond the allotted time will no longer be accepted.
Interested bidders must provide (1) registered license of being a contractor in the Philippines, (2) provide proof of a successful completion of at least five similar projects, and (3) must be able to possess the financial capability of undertaking this type of project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Construction of a 6-storey building according to approved plans and specifications for structural, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, electronic, mechanical and rough-in.
- Compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Installation of necessary utilities and systems
- Coordination with local authorities for permits and approvals
- Any additional work required for the successful completion of the project
If you are at all interested in submitting a bid, please deliver said bid to this name and address in a sealed envelope. Bids must be prepared and submitted using the bid forms provided and must be signed and authorized in ink.

If selected, you will receive a Bid Award Notice, which will advise the contractor of the date, time, and location of the project kickoff that must take place before work can start.
