CLIMBS, valuing the progress & development of its mid-manager, sent participants to the upskilling activity of the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation (ICMIF) entitled: Advance Management Course held last May 8-12, 2023 at Manchester, UK. It was attended by Cheryl Liza Galla, Investment Manager, Maria Theresa Seneca, Treasury Officer and Gretchen Babanto, Life-Underwriting Manager.

The team was also welcomed by Liz McIvor , Trust Manager of the Co-operative Heritage Trust during their visit at the Rochdale Pioneers Museum where CLIMBS Philippines’ corner was situated, showcasing the cooperative values and principles in action.

By utilizing the power of purpose and launching new purpose-driven organizational strategies, the course assisted CLIMBS mid managers in developing fresh strategies and maximizing their impact within the company.

They also acquired new models, frameworks, and tools they obtained in the course. It also supported in fostering the development of their management and leadership as dynamic, integrated innovators.
